Southern Grace Farms hosted their first annual Christmas party and asked Amazing Grazing to create a grazing table for them. They are a newly opened wedding venue in the beautiful countryside of Angier, NC. The barn and the grounds are absolutely beautiful and their team is friendly and very helpful! I took into consideration the atmosphere of the venue and knew I had to have sausage balls, hoop cheese and pimento cheese and went from there! We filled a 16 foot table with a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, dips (the cranberry jalepeno dip was a hit!) and everyone enjoyed grazing!
